Chao Ma, received his Ph.D. degree from Hong Kong university of Science and Technology University (HKUST) in 2020 and his bachelor degree from Nanjing University in 2016. After a short-period post doctor period in HKUST, he worked as a senior optical engineer in AAC optics from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, he joined the Institute of Advanced Materials (IAM) of Nanjing Tech University as an associate professor. His main research interests focus on device physics of organic/perovskite optoelectronics and optical simulations. Until now, he has published papers in Nature Communications, Solar RRL, Advanced Functional Materials, etc.
